How much does 360 feedback software cost?
360 feedback software costs anywhere from a one-time $19 to several thousand dollars a year. Tools built only for 360s charge per person reviewed, about $15 to $110 per leader. Performance platforms charge for every employee every month, often with an annual minimum of $4,000 or more. For one 360 each for 10 managers in a company of 50, the published prices below range from $149 to at least $7,500.
Prices as published on each vendor's own pricing page on 4 November 2026.
The three ways 360 tools charge
Per person reviewed
You pay for each leader who gets a 360, whatever the size of the company and however many people answer. This is the cheapest model when only managers get a 360. Examples: 360review, G360 Surveys, Spidergap.
Per employee per month
The 360 is one part of a performance platform, and you pay for every employee in the company, every month, usually billed a year ahead. It makes sense when you also want the platform's goals, reviews and check-ins. Examples: 15Five, Effy AI, Lattice, Engagedly.
Quote only
No price on the website: you fill in a form or book a demo. These are mostly enterprise suites. Examples: Culture Amp, Qualtrics, Primalogik.
Published prices, side by side
The last column is one realistic case: a company of 50 employees that wants one 360 for each of its 10 managers this year. Where a tool bills per employee, all 50 are counted, because that is how its pricing page says it bills.
| Tool | How it charges | Published price | 10 managers, company of 50 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 360review | Per leader, one-time | $19 for 1 leader, $149 for 10; no subscription, seats never expire | $149, once |
| G360 Surveys | Per leader | $100 per leader (1 to 24), down to $70 at 200+ | $1,000 |
| Spidergap | Per person reviewed, yearly | Starter $1,099 a year with 10 people reviewed included, $89 per extra person | $1,099 a year |
| Effy AI | Per seat per month, billed yearly | $3 per seat a month for one review per person a year; free up to 5 users | $1,800 a year |
| Lattice | Per seat, yearly agreement | Minimum annual agreement $4,000 | At least $4,000 a year |
| 15Five | Per user per month, billed yearly | Perform plan (includes 360° feedback) $11 per user a month | $6,600 a year |
| Engagedly | Per employee per month, billed yearly | Performance suite $5 to $8 per employee a month, minimum $7,500 a year | At least $7,500 a year |
| Culture Amp | Quote only | Not published | Ask for a quote |
| Qualtrics | Quote only | Not published | Ask for a quote |
| Primalogik | Quote only | Not published | Ask for a quote |
Prices are in US dollars as shown on each page, before tax. Vendors change their prices, so check the page in the sources below before you buy. Per-employee prices do not say whether a 360 can be bought without the rest of the platform.
What drives the price
- Who you pay for. Paying per leader reviewed keeps the cost tied to the number of 360s. Paying per employee ties it to the size of the company, so a 50-person company pays for 50 even when 10 managers are reviewed.
- Subscription or one-time. A yearly plan keeps costing whether or not you run a 360 that year. A one-time seat is paid once and used when you are ready.
- Minimums. Several platforms have an annual minimum ($4,000 at Lattice, $7,500 at Engagedly), which sets the real floor for a small company.
- What comes with it. Platforms bundle goals, reviews, surveys and check-ins. If you will use them, the per-employee price buys more than a 360. If you only want the 360, you pay for the rest anyway.
- Reports and follow-up. Some tools give the leader raw charts; others a written report and a plan. Compare what the leader actually gets back, not only the price.
How to choose
Start with who gets a 360. If it is your managers and not every employee, a tool that charges per person reviewed will almost always cost less than a platform that charges per employee.
Then decide whether you want a platform. If you are also buying performance reviews, goals and engagement surveys, compare the platforms on what they include, and the 360 comes with it. If you only want 360s, buy a 360 tool.
Last, read the minimums and the billing period. A monthly price billed a year ahead, with an annual minimum, is a yearly commitment.
Where 360review fits
360review is built only for 360s for leaders. You pay once per leader, $19 for one or $149 for ten, with no subscription, and a seat does not expire. The people answering need no account and take about 5 minutes. Each leader gets a written report with their 3 strengths, 3 areas to grow and their biggest blind spot, and a 90-day plan; a company gets one dashboard for all its leaders.
It is not a performance platform: there are no goals, appraisals or engagement surveys. If you want those in the same tool, a platform from the table is the better fit.

Frequently asked questions
Is there free 360 feedback software?
A few tools are free for very small teams: Effy AI for up to 5 users and Teamflect for up to 10, according to their pricing pages. You can also run a 360 for free with a form tool and our free template, but you then do the anonymity, the counting and the report yourself. 360review can be tried free, with no credit card; the results open once 5 people have answered.
Do I pay for the people who answer?
Not with tools that charge per person reviewed: 360review, G360 Surveys and Spidergap charge for the leader, with no limit on how many people answer. Platforms that charge per employee count everyone in the company, whether they answer or not.
Do I need a subscription to run a 360?
No. Some tools sell a 360 as a one-time purchase per leader; 360review is one of them. Most performance platforms are yearly subscriptions.
What does a 360 cost per leader?
From the published prices above: about $15 per leader with 360review's Team seats, $70 to $100 with G360 Surveys, and about $110 with Spidergap's Starter plan. With per-employee platforms it depends on the size of the company, not on the number of leaders.
Why do some tools not publish prices?
Enterprise suites usually price each contract on company size, modules and support, so they ask you to book a demo. Expect an annual contract.
