Features
Anonymous feedback from every leader's team shows where leadership is strong, where it is not, and whether it is getting better.

Groups of leaders
Group your leaders by department, location, level or any category you define. See each group against the company average, from one 360 to the next, and download the comparison as a PDF for the leadership team.

Pick a department and the dashboard shows who has started, whose team has answered and whose report is ready. No spreadsheet, no asking around.
Open any leader's results and report from the admin dashboard. Nobody sees who gave which answer: not you, and not the leader.
Over time
Every 360 a leader runs is kept. The dashboard lines them up, dimension by dimension, so the leader and you both see what changed. After the second 360, a written comparison explains the change.

Run a 360 before a program or a period of coaching, and another after it. The comparison shows whether each leader's team noticed a difference.
Group leaders by department, level or whether they joined a program, and see which groups pull ahead and which fall behind.
Your own questions
Add up to 3 statements of your own, for example about your company values or leadership principles. Every leader's team rates them next to the standard ones, on the same scale. Write them in your language and add translations for any other languages you need.

The statements are the same for every leader, so you see where your values show up in everyday leadership, and where they are missing. Then follow each department from one 360 to the next.
Each leader rates themselves on your statements too, and sees where the team rates them differently on what your company cares about most.
Feedback by role
A leader can be easy to work with as a peer and hard to work for, or the other way around. Each person who answers says how they work with the leader, so you can read each group on its own and see where they disagree.

A group shows only when at least 3 people in it have answered, and only if showing it can't reveal anyone else's answers. The manager's answers show on their own only if the manager ticks a box to allow it.
Anyone who cannot judge a statement picks "Can't say" instead of guessing. And the leader rates themselves before anyone else answers, so the gap between the two views is real.
And the basics
One link, no account, eight statements on a 1 to 6 scale, and three optional written prompts.
Results show only after 5 people have answered. Written comments come back as themes in the report, never as quotes.
Three strengths, three areas to grow, the biggest blind spot and what to do next, written for that one leader.
Each person answers in their own language. Data is stored in the EU. Your legal team can read our data processing agreement online before you sign up.
Your first 5 answers are free, and your results open at 5. No credit card.
