For leaders

Run the self-assessment first

Why a leader rates themselves before they see a single answer from the team.

The first thing a leader sees is not their results. It is a request to rate themselves on the same 8 statements their team will answer. The dashboard stays closed until that is done.

The leader dashboard before the self-assessment: a card that says Your self-assessment comes first, with a button to do it.
Until the self-assessment is in, this is the whole dashboard.

Your team never sees your self-rating. An administrator who added you can see your dashboard as you do. Nobody sees who gave which answer.

Why the order matters

The most useful thing a 360 shows is the gap between how you see yourself and how your team sees you. That gap only means something if your own rating is honest and unprompted. A leader who has already seen the team's numbers will, without meaning to, rate themselves closer to them. So you rate yourself first, and you cannot change it later.

Your team rates you on the same 8 statements, one for each dimension of the Mirror Model. Your results show both ratings side by side.

What to do

  1. Open your invitation email and press "Start your 360 review". If you land on your dashboard instead, press "Do my self-assessment" there.
  2. Answer the 8 statements honestly, plus any your organization added. It takes about 90 seconds, and there is no right answer.
  3. You then get the link to share. Send it to 10 to 15 people: at least 3 direct reports, at least 3 peers, and your manager. Ask your manager to tick the manager's box on the form, so your other groups can show.
  4. Your results open once 5 people have answered. The Net Talent Score needs 11.

In your next 360

Every new 360 starts the same way: you rate yourself again before you see any new answers.
